1. Use of the Site

Demand.gg is a trading platform for Roblox games: item values, trade listings, tracked inventories and trade tools. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

2. Accounts and Your Content

Some features require signing in with Roblox. You are responsible for what you post and send through the site: trade listings, offers and messages. Do not post content that is illegal, deceptive, abusive, or that attempts to scam another trader. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Trades themselves happen in-game, between players. Demand.gg helps you find and arrange them, but it is not a party to any trade and does not hold, escrow, or guarantee items. Decide who you trade with at your own discretion.

3. Not Affiliated with Roblox

Demand.gg is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of the games it covers. "Roblox" and all game names, marks, and assets are the property of their respective owners.

4. Values and Accuracy

We work to keep item values and data accurate and current, but values are community estimates that change constantly and are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Use them as a guide, not a guarantee of what any item is worth.

5. Sign in with Roblox

Demand.gg offers Sign in with Roblox using Roblox's OAuth 2.0 API. By signing in, you authorize Roblox to share your Roblox user ID, username, and profile picture URL with us so we can identify your account.

You may revoke this at any time from your Roblox account settings. Your use of the integration is also governed by the Roblox Terms of Use. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with this information.

6. Intellectual Property

The site's original content, including its design, text and the value data we compile, is owned or licensed by Demand.gg. Game names, images, and other game assets belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantial parts of the site without permission.

7. Third-Party Links

We may link to third-party sites (for example, Discord). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demand.gg is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any trade you arrange through it, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Demand.gg after changes are posted is your acceptance of them.
