1. Introduction

Demand.gg ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://demand.gg (the "Site"), a trading platform for several Roblox games. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Automatically collected

  • Technical: IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system.
  • Usage: referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on them.

2.2 Information you provide

If you sign in and use account features, we store what you create on the Site: your trade listings, the offers and messages you send, and items you follow or set alerts for. You choose whether to provide any of this and the Site is fully browsable without an account.

2.3 Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as your theme and filters), and measure Site performance. You can clear or block these in your browser settings; some features may stop working if you do.

3. How We Use Information

  • Operate and improve the Site's functionality and performance.
  • Provide account features you ask for: posting trade ads, messaging, notifications and following items.
  • Understand how the Site is used, in aggregate, so we can make it better.
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sign in with Roblox

The Site offers Sign in with Roblox using Roblox's OAuth 2.0 API. When you authorize it, Roblox shares the following with us:

  • Your Roblox user ID
  • Your Roblox username
  • Your Roblox profile picture URL

We use this only to identify your account on Demand.gg, display your profile, and let you use features that need an account. We do not sell it, and we store no other Roblox data through the sign-in (no friends list, no chat history). Where the Site shows tracked in-game item ownership, that comes from public game data, not from your sign-in.

You can revoke access at any time from your Roblox account settings. Roblox's handling of your data is governed by the Roblox Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics: anonymous, aggregate usage measurement.
  • Cloudflare: content delivery and security.
  • Discord: our community server.
  • Roblox: the Sign in with Roblox integration described above.

We encourage you to review their policies. We do not currently serve advertising on the Site; if that changes, we will update this policy first.

6. Data Retention

We keep technical and analytics data for up to 12 months. Account content (such as trade listings and messages) is kept while your account is active; you can delete listings you post, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of analytics and other tracking through your browser or device settings.
  • Withdraw consent or object to processing where the law provides for it.

9. Not Affiliated with Roblox

Demand.gg is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of the games it covers. All game names, marks, and assets are the property of their respective owners.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a new effective date.
